Subscriptions and pricing
Plans start at $14 for 30 days on a single connection. The plans page has all twelve combinations: 30, 90, 180 and 365 days across 1, 2 and 3 simultaneous connections.
The headline figure is the total for the whole term. A smaller per-month equivalent is shown underneath purely so the four lengths can be compared.
Message us before your term ends. You can keep the same plan or change the length and connection count at the same time.
Changes are handled at renewal rather than mid-term.
Payment options are confirmed with you when you order. Ask before you commit if a particular method matters.

Restart the player, then try a wired connection, then lower the stream quality in the player's settings. If it continues, send us the channel name and the time it happened.
The first load downloads the whole channel list and guide, which takes longer than later ones. Give it a minute before deciding something is wrong.
